Return & Exchange Policy
✔ Timeframe: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
✔ Condition: Jewelry must be unworn, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
✔ Exclusions: Final sale items, custom pieces, and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

3️⃣ Ship It Back – Securely package your item and drop it off at your nearest shipping location.
4️⃣ Get Your Refund or Exchange – Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. Exchanges will be shipped as soon as possible.
